Mianoor has inhouse world class Shima Seiki flat jacquard knittings from Japan. Circular knitting is done on world class machines installed on our premises. We have Monarch, Keum Yong machines for double knits and jersey fabrics.

Mianoor boasts state of the Art Barudan & Tajima Embroidery Machines.

Around 300 metric tonnes monthly of knitted fabrics is being processed at Mianoor's inhouse dyehouse. Machinery for dyeing is well selected for knitted fabrics.
Dyeing machines are soft flow jet machines from Thies (Germany), Cabertex (Italy) and Sclavos (Greece).
Hydroextraction equipment is from Calator (Sweden) and Heliot (France).
Drying equipment is from Heliot Obermaier (France).
Compaction is from Tubetex (United States).
We have opened width knit proccessing from Krantz (Germany) Sperrotto Rimar (Italy) & Tobetax (U.S.A)

Fabric is stitched at either of three sub units located in the same premises. A total number of 175 machines are used for different functions and the process is complemented by a fully operational sampling room. Stitching capacity based on polo shirts is just around 400 dozens per month.
